2008 Prices Open from July till end of September- £680 per week. Due one month before entry. A returnable deposit of £200 is payable on booking to cover damages, breakages or extra cleaning required on tenant's departure. Deposit will be returned to home address. Price includes fuels: coal for open fire, diesel for generator; burning oil for Raeburn; Calor gas for cooking & hot water.

• No responsibility can be taken by the proprietor for injury to persons or by persons using the boat to transport themselves to and from the island or during the use of the equipment on the island.
  

• Pets are welcome, so long as they are housetrained and kept under control. Please do not allow dogs to chase the seals on the island.
  

• By arrangement, you will be met in Stromness and conducted to the island. A courtesy trip is offered on arrival and departure. When you arrive on the island you will be taken around and shown how to use the equipment available.
  

• Entry Time: 1600 hrs. Departure Time: 1000hrs
  

• Bed Linen and towels are available.
  

• Wellies, woollies and torches are recommended - No street lights!
